Data deletion

Last updated June 2, 2026

You can have your data removed from Homer Pulse at any time. This page covers everything, with extra detail on data we receive from a connected Facebook Page.

Facebook-connected businesses

If you connected your Facebook Page to your Homer Pulse listing, there are two ways to delete the data we sourced from it — the encrypted access token and any status updates we detected from your posts:

  1. Disconnect, instantly (recommended). Open your business dashboard and click Disconnect Facebook. This immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored token plus every status update we created from your page — no waiting.
  2. Email us. Write to [email protected] from the email tied to your account (or just tell us the business and page), and we'll purge it for you within 24 hours.

Either way, the access token we stored is destroyed, so Homer Pulse can no longer read your page. If you'd like Facebook itself to drop the connection too, remove Homer Pulse under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations on Facebook.

Anything else

For any other data — a submission you made, your contact info, your account — email [email protected] and tell us what to remove. We'll confirm within 24 hours. Our privacy policy covers what we collect in the first place.
